Job Summary: Are you passionate about food, client focused and skilled in operations and administration? We're looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our contract customer accounts team in Darwin's thriving wholesale food distribution scene. This role focuses on managing Government agency and brand network contracts, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop SOPs for contract lifecycle management. • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. • Coordinate billing and revenue collection with finance. • Lead problem-solving initiatives and nurture client relationships. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have: • 3+ years' experience in sales, admin, or operations. • Strong organisational and analytical skills. • Client-centric mindset with excellent communication. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results. • Passion for contract business and processes. • Business acumen for negotiation and contract management. • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MS Dynamics 365 preferred. • Previous food/hospitality industry experience is a plus. • Negotiation skills, ROI analysis, and forecasting expertise highly regarded Benefits & Culture: • Generous starting salary of 90k p/a + Super + phone + laptop. • Career development and bonus opportunities on annual review. • Dynamic work environment with a premier Top End business group.
