THE ROLE
We are seeking for a skilled Key Account Manager to manage key relationships between IGT and its customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a key position to identify and maximise growth within the industry.
You will collaborate with internal and external customers and ensure customers' requirements are met. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of customer to ensure customers satisfaction;
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of IGT business, products and services;
- Working towards meeting customer's needs and expectations;
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
- Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
- Being the key contact between customers and internal teams;
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with challenges to maintain trust;
- Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships;
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using Key Account metrics;
- Other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with all current and new customers and identify needs to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager working in the agribusiness industry (desirable) - agribusiness or similar;
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs;
- Solutions-focussed approach and ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels;
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Google Workspace;
- Unrestricted driver’s license.
- Ability to travel regularly within Australia;
