Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding and Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for SAYKA's tier 1 and 2 customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and providing ongoing account management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify Cross-Sell Opportunities: Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell SAYKA's diverse product categories to existing clients, enhancing their satisfaction and engagement with our solutions.
Conduct Customer Account Reviews: Regularly review customer accounts to assess their needs and satisfaction levels. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance their experience and maximise the value they derive from SAYKA's products and services.
Product Support: Offer comprehensive product support to Key Accounts, ensuring they fully leverage the benefits of our solutions. Address any product-related queries or issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with the sales and product development teams to relay customer feedback and insights, contributing to the continuous improvement of SAYKA's offerings.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager for 3+ years.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and account management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparing clear and persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple accounts and adjust strategies in a dynamic market.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
- Experience in the workwear and safety industry is a benefit but not a requirement
- Ability to travel interstate when required to meet with customers that have a national presence.
