Responsibilities 

Responsible for maintaining and growing existing Key Accounts, the Key Account Manager at ACL Industrial Technology plays a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and driving sales revenue.

Included in your responsibilities are: 

  • Proactively contact prospects and establish new relationships.
  • Lead sales efforts, managing customer decision-making effectively.
  • Manage Key Accounts, aligning ACL products with customer requirements.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth within Key Accounts.
  • Analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
  • Complete sales reporting accurately and promptly.
  • Align ACL equipment with Key Account business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to the ACL sales process.
  • Utilize analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish clear communication channels internally and externally.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Provide consistent post-sales care to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Foster strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet sales objectives.
  • Maintain enthusiasm, meeting tough targets consistently.
  • Listen empathetically, observe behavior, and build rapport effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with all ACL policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in industrial supply or related fields in Gladstone.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and proficiency in using CRM systems.
  • Alignment with core values: Hungry, Humble, Smart, projecting confidence, and demonstrating outstanding personal capabilities.
  • Demonstrated drive, enthusiasm, and success in managing customers through sales processes, objection handling, and negotiations, while ensuring consistent post-sales care and identifying new opportunities.
  • Collaborative mindset, adept at building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders, as well as establishing connections with prospects.
  • Alignment with ACL's core values, including honesty, continuous learning, grit, certainty, and community focus.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as lead generation, negotiation, and closing strategies, coupled with adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
