Your challenge:
We have an exciting opening for someone to join our SRC ANZ Sales Team as a Key Account Manager - Hospital Channel SRC (Sleep and Respiratory Care). You will play a critical role in developing and driving a credible and productive long-term relationship with customers to maximize the value of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation.
You will also develop Account Strategy aligned with the Customer's priorities, and drive Key Account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill Key Account plan growth; fully leveraging the Business-Market Combination operating model while supporting product, solutions and services towards full portfolio standardization.
This role be covering Sydney (+ travel to different states/locations as required by the business) and will be reporting directly to the National Sales Manager for Sleep and Respiratory Care.
You are responsible for:
- Identify and establish strong professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders within the sector
- Cross functional capability to work closely with other internal departments including Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance
- Strategic account management of major state-based government customers and tenders
- Maintain technical knowledge in the field of primary healthcare; remaining current with changes in the field, innovative models to serve the needs of customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in the Health Care Industry
- Direct Sales experience relevant to the Healthcare industry with professional sales training
- Clinical background in Sleep and Respiratory business preferred OR Clinical sales of huge medical devices highly desirable
- Capable of managing different speaking points in the clinical pathway
- Strong relationships with local Healthcare providers and partners
- Excellent knowledge of the market scenario, customers and competitors
- Strong leadership competencies and entrepreneurial drive for growth
- Strong problem-solving skills and well organized and process driven thinking capability
- Relationship Management Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
