About Our Client:

They are a global leader in healthcare, dedicated to providing reputable solutions in the Consumer, Retail and Pharmacy sector. With a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to contribute to their growth journey.

Your Mission:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximising sales revenue and profitability within designated accounts. You'll collaborate with their business partner distributor in New Zealand and work closely with their marketing and education team to explore new growth opportunities. Your innovative approach will be key to developing strategic account management and aligning retail goals with organisational strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for financial and market growth;
• Foster productive relationships by regularly visiting major accounts and customers;
• Attend major trade shows/functions to stay ahead of industry trends;
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new market and channel opportunities
• Deliver value-added services to target retail Key Accounts, both existing and new;
• Develop and maintain differentiated channel strategy within the market;
• Formulate and implement in-depth Key Account plans for enhanced business efficiency;
• Contribute to world-class product launches, trade; and
• marketing activities, and digital solutions.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in clinical and/or business;
• Proven successful sales and sales management experience in a national role;
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
• In-depth knowledge of the Australian Retail/Pharmacy market and business environment; and
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
