We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Retail to join our sales team in NSW, supporting the National Account Manager in growing trading relationships with our key Retail Grocery customers (Coles, Woolworths, and ALDI).
About the role:
You will be based out of our office in Camellia, New South Wales, and report directly to the National Account Manager - Retail. Given the nature of this role, you will be expected to travel – including interstate visits.
As our Key Account Manager, you’ll be required to support the National Account Manager to drive growth of all Aus Pie Co Pty Ltd brands. This will involve management of key categories within each customer (as delegated), promotional planning, and general administrative work.
As part of your new role, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with account teams, customer service, marketing, finance, and demand planning to deliver commercial and market-place priorities.
About you:
We are looking for an organised and motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A background in FMCG Sales.
- Prior experience working with Coles, Woolworths, and/or Aldi.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Sound knowledge of industry related compliance, policies, regulations, and procedures.
- A proven track record of sales experience/exposure.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and a working knowledge of CRM tools.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- A valid Australian Driver’s License.
