Our client is a Telco vendor and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key account manager to manage one of the existing Telco operator account. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building rapport and managing relationships with key stakeholders whilst maintaining a customer relation focusDescription Sales opportunity creation Create sales strategy and lead the account Ensure targets are met from both business and delivery metrics. Raise risks in a timely manner & prepare mitigation plan along with delivery teams. Prepare tenders and sales documents End to end management of existing Telecommunications accounts Work closely with Presales and Delivery teams during proposal negotiations Initiate Key Account Planning for each client to drive business development strategies and sales Forecast short, medium and long term Client requirements (resources, skill sets, investments, software, hardware etc.) to management Act as a reliable single point of contact for client Conduct weekly & monthly steering committee meetings Ensure client requirements are met in timely manner Write and assist with formal engagement proposals to prospective clients Gather prospective account information in alignment with strategy Periodically review account operations and recommend changes based on business scenarios Participate in internal reviews on account management for monitoring account overall health and performanceIf this sounds like you please email your word format resume directly to .
