The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Key Account Specialist to join Programmed Skilled Workforce, based in Bunbury.
This is a premium opportunity to become a crucial player which presents you with the opportunity to significantly enhance your professional career
Your primary focus will building and maintaining relationships with key client contacts whilst managing day-to-day resourcing, rostering, attendance and human resourcing issues.

- Conducting recruitment and rostering activities
- Induct and deploy candidates focusing on long term retention
- Management of absenteeism, performance and employee conduct
- Ensuring customer orders are filled in a timely manner
- Resolution of operational issues
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Build solid respectful relationships with on-site employees encouraging a supportive open and safe environment.
