Key Responsibilities:
• Manage back-end contract operations efficiently.
• Handle inbox management proficiently, ensuring timely responses to internal and external queries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute data entry tasks with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members using Outlook, Teams, and other communication platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Previous experience in contract management or data entry is advantageous.
