Venues include the very grand Gandel Hall, the magic and mystical Sculpture Garden Pavilion - a permanent outdoor marquee nestled in the gardens - as well as the newly-refurbished James Fairfax Theatre and the Gallery Dining Room.
We are seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join the kitchen team at NGA! Join and be part of an opening team at one of Australia's most beautiful home to the arts. We have a variety of shifts on offer.
About You:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a professional kitchen including work in events and catering.
- Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work across a 7 day roster; hours vary due to event operations
- Previous experience working in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment is an advantage
- Able to be a team player, with a positive and can do attitude
- Must hold a valid national police check which is no older than 4 weeks
