  • Supporting the provision of advice to our Indigenous sector clients across a range of industries.
  • Supporting the provision of reconciliation, Indigenous rights, Closing the Gap, and sustainability services to private, corporate and government clients
  • Working with the broader national team to analyse, workshop and generate insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting business development activities such as opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and more
  • Supporting the development of our service offerings across multiple sectors to support aspirations of Indigenous organisations
  • Developing your own skills, capabilities and knowledge to become one of the future Indigenous leaders at KPMG

  • Identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person
  • Understanding of Indigenous cultures, protocols, and issues, with experience working collaboratively with Aboriginal communities.
  • Relevant experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to ambiguous problems
  • Structured problem solving with capability to canvas the path to a part of a solution
  • Strong communication skills, especially written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
