- Supporting the provision of advice to our Indigenous sector clients across a range of industries.
- Supporting the provision of reconciliation, Indigenous rights, Closing the Gap, and sustainability services to private, corporate and government clients
- Working with the broader national team to analyse, workshop and generate insights and recommendations.
- Supporting business development activities such as opportunity identification, qualification, planning, and more
- Supporting the development of our service offerings across multiple sectors to support aspirations of Indigenous organisations

- Identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person
- Understanding of Indigenous cultures, protocols, and issues, with experience working collaboratively with Aboriginal communities.
- Relevant experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to ambiguous problems
- Structured problem solving with capability to canvas the path to a part of a solution
- Strong communication skills, especially written
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
