Join an environmental services organisation undergoing multiple transformation programs. This is an initial 6 month contract role for a Business Analyst with experience in UKG / Kronos with understanding of configuration and complex payroll/ HRIS programs.

As a subject-matter expert, you will apply your specialist UKG/ Kronos and HR analysis experience to support the team throughout the project implementation.

Your new role
As a subject-matter expert, you will apply your specialist UKG/ Kronos and HR analysis experience to support the team throughout the project implementation.
The specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Define/provide input to the future state business process and workflow
- Contribute to Requirement documentation
- Write / Amend Kronos test scripts for UAT specific to the instrument
- Document end to end business processes into Business Process Maps (swimlanes) for the LOB
- Use Process Maps to communicate the future state (to be) to each of the sites in the deploy blocks, and assess the current state (as is) considerations to be addressed by the business
- Document appropriate materials to support design, standard operating process manuals, training materials etc
- Be a key coordinator and communicator to the nominated representatives for each site through the process, including change champions, and superusers and site management
- Project implementation experience with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst including full lifecycle project implementation of HRIS systems
- Minimum of 1 year experience working on a Kronos/ UKG implementation. Experience working on SuccessFactors or SAP projects is highly regarded.
- An operational background in HR or payroll operation is beneficial.
