This role will suit someone keen to gain experience in large scale IT projects as well as BAU and willing to develop a career toward delivering and supporting Group enterprise applications. You will gain exposure to business analysis, troubleshooting, UAT & QA testing, change management and utilisation of our client's application and BI toolsets. It is important that you are a self-motivated professional and are able to deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment.
As a First level Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for enterprise-level application systems, therefor a solid technical background with excellent troubleshooting abilities is highly desirable.
Your Experience & Qualification
- Familiarity with modern IT environments, applications, and infrastructure.
- Recent graduate with a relevant IT qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess strong PC user skills.
- Experience of Microsoft services such as Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Platform or Office365 would be an advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate incoming requests and incidents from the business via the team's ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting, analysing, identifying the root cause of user/application issues raised.
- Resolve issue where possible, escalating where appropriate.
- Manage and assign permissions and access for a range of software.
- Develop a deep understanding of Application & ERP functionality and configuration.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation supporting processes, systems, and solutions.
