Currently hiring for an experieced L1/L2 Desktop Support Technician - 6 month contract (opportunity to extend) based in Parramatta, 5 days a week onsite. Must be Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident currently.
About the role
- Provide technical and analytical support for End Users across the business
- L1 and L2 support by responding to incidents, requests and problems
- Ensure that appropriate security controls are in place for each area of desktop infrastructure services provided
About you
- Previous Desktop Support experience, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in delivering support services across multiple clients and utilising multiple support delivery mechanisms
- Strong customer service skills and proactive, customer focussed attitude
- Must have current drivers licence and car
