The Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated helpdesk support individual who is keen to build their career in IT across multiple platforms and technologies. The successful candidate will be a seasoned support engineer with solid networking experience who is ready for the next challenge!
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1/2 helpdesk support (logging of IT tickets and troubleshooting up to an L2 capacity)
- Monitor Infrastructure, Network and Systems
- Manage and Document maintenance
- Provide over-the-phone support for network-related issues
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Provide awesome customer service at all times
- Celebrate success with the team
Requirements for the position:
- 2Yrs of experience working within a Service Desk or similar capacity
- Networking experience (Switching, Routing and Protocols)
- Strong customer service focus
- Experience in incident and change management
- Strong communication both written and verbally
- Happy to work on a rotating roster that will include overnight, weekends, and public holidays
