It Service Desk Engineer

ANE Technologies provides a broad range of technology services to a diverse group of customers. 

We are seeking a new team member who will initially care for our help desk customers and workshop. The role will ultimately lead to other opportunities dependent on your skill set and contribution to the business. 

The role requires a person who is-:

1. Highly customer focused with excellent communication skills.
2. Has good Microsoft desktop support skills including Microsoft 365, Share point, One drive, Teams, Azure, and related security 
3. Proficient in Powershell 
4. Confident with printers
5. Can assemble hardware
6. Good trouble shooting skills
7. Understands business networks
8. Has experience with a broad range of typical end user/ business software applications. 
9. Has an aptitude to acquire or develop new skills.  
10. Though not essential, software skills such as Php,Java or Python will be highly regarded. 
11. Experience with Amazon would also be of interest 

 Salary negotiable with in the range displayed but could be reviewed after an agreed period for the right person.
