Seeking an experienced Mitel certified Telephony level 2 service desk Tech/Engineer.
With Offices in Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin, this role can be located in any of these states with the possibility of full remote working from NSW, Vic or WA.
Our team has expanded over the recent years and we are looking to add to our current team of Mitel engineers for our service support team.
Skills:
- MUST be Mitel certified in 3300/MIVB
You will be Responsible for:
- The triage of incoming tickets via the ticketing system
- Acting on priority requests within the agreed timeframe (SLA)
- Joining in with the out of hours on call roster
- Assisting with training and development of the team and team members around you
