The Role:
As the Labour Hire Account Managerat Tasmanian Berries, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and overseeing the placement of temporary labour, particularly for workers under the PALM scheme. This position requires a focus on business development, effective account management, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of workforce solutions.
Key areas include:
- Business Development- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Labour Hire services with a primary focus on seasonal, agriculture, viticulture, and horticulture farms and local businesses.
- Account Management- Monitor and manage placements and account relationships
- Internal collaboration – Coordinate with other managers to ensure availability and forecasts for clients.
Desired Experience | Qualifications | and Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, such as Labour Hire, staffing, recruitment, or account management.
- Exposure to the Agricultural Industry is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant operating systems.
- Ability to travel locally in Northern Tasmania as required.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to meet business and client needs.
