Based in Echuca-Moama, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to take on the role of the Yard Person / Factory Cleaner.
Reporting directly to the factory foreman, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the yard and yard storage in a clean and orderly state
- Moving parts and materials within the production line when/if required
- Assist with moving tankers and heavy vehicles
- Ensuring that the workplace is clean and safe, and that all quality assurance procedures are followed
- Load and unload trucks
- General factory cleaning
- Any other reasonable request
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- Possess a current High-Risk Forklift license
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills managing several tasks simultaneously
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks
- Current driver’s license
