AddressC.R. Laurence Australia is a leading supplier of products to the glass and glazing industry. We also offer a wide variety of architectural hardware, balustrade systems and frameless shower hardware.
We are seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic person to work in our office and showroom.
Duties include:
- Answering phones
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom and at the trade counter
- Monitoring Customer service emails, responding and/or forwarding to the appropriate department
- Entering and invoicing customer orders
- Preparing customer quotes
- General office and admin duties
Our business is focused on providing superior Customer service so the ability to process enquiries in a timely and efficient manner with attention to detail is essential.
We operate in a spacious and modern property in Rowville, Victoria. Become part of a team of 10 staff in our Melbourne service centre.
Previous experience in the glass and aluminium industry would be desirable but not essential.
