We are currently have an opportunity for an experienced property Sales Professional to work alongside our Land Division for a new high end estate in the Southern Suburbs of Perth.
You are:
- Outgoing and well presented
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Ability to respond to challenging situations
- Excellent administration and negotiation skills
- A good communicator who can build relationships
The Role is:
This is a diverse role that includes:
- End to end management of the listing and sales process
- Sales Office presence on weekends
- Sales and Contract Administration including weekly reports, websites, price lists, EDMs, customer database
- Liaison with customers, mortgage brokers, builder representatives and settlement agents
- Communication and Rapport Building
- Delivering outstanding Customer Service
- Attending industry events and networking with Builder Sales Representatives
