We are on the lookout for a Wedding Sales & Events professional looking to achieve the next step in their career.
As the Weddings and Events sales specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience through strategic sales initiatives and managing the operations team to achieve flawless event execution.
Leveraging your background in business development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and managing all aspects of events hosted at our venue.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Proactively handle all customer enquires demonstrating a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Responsible for arranging and running client meetings, site inspections, menu tasting sessions and planning appointments, as necessary.
- Oversee wedding and event set ups prior to commencement.
- Proactively seek out opportunities for growth and new business.
- Measure sales activity through sales pipelines and conversion rates
- Work closely with the Events chef to develop attractive and profitable wedding and events packages.
- Independently manage all promotional & advertising activities in the Wedding & events market.
- Work with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of all wedding and events on the venues.
This position is Part Time with flexibility to work weekends and increased hours when required due to seasonal demand and to ensure execution of weddings and events.
