Based in Malvern, Beveridge Williams is an established design, development and environmental consulting company. Our ‘Design + Strategy’ division includes a close-knit team of Landscape Architects and Urban Designers working together to create places where people want to live and play, and communities that people are proud of.
We have a strong future workload providing you with the opportunity to work on an exciting range of projects from large open space areas in new residential communities through to the public realm design of streetscapes, public parks and inner urban redevelopments. We have a strong pipeline of work from high profile clients willing to invest in creating beautiful places, giving you the opportunity to make your mark on some iconic projects and see your design vision from concept through to construction.
We are looking for someone to work on a permanent full-time basis with an excellent understanding of the landscape construction process and experience in the management and delivery of landscape projects, working with other designers, contractors and consultants as part of the project team.
Leading applicants will have the following skills & attributes::
- 2 + years’ experience
- Experience in managing landscape projects of a range of scales from master planning/concept design, contract documentation and contract administration during construction/maintenance is a must have,
- Sound understanding of landscape construction techniques and demonstrated experience in the contract administration process
- Ability to assist with the preparation of fee proposals and business development
- Efficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel
- A current Victorian driver’s license
- Passion for your work and the enthusiasm to inspire others
