Alpha Landscape Group has a proven track record delivering reserves and streetscapes across Melbourne. Predominantly focussed in greenfield development across the cities' North and Western growth corridors, projects have also been delivered for Working Heritage, Local Councils, and Industrial Complexes. Possessing a positive team, with a combined 45 years of experience within the landscaping industry, Alpha Landscape maintains a family friendly approach to delivering projects to a high standard of HSEQ. Following the award of multiple new projects, Alpha Landscape are ready to grow our construction team, and are looking for a strong candidate to lead and develop them to achieve success.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate 3 or higher in Landscape Construction.
- 3 plus years relevant experience on large commercial landscaping sites.
- Manual License and Machine Tickets (Favourable, but not essential)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ability to help complete projects in line with customer expectations and company policies.
- Ability to help the supervisor lead the team and oversee contractors when needed.
- Strong attention to detail, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and get the best out of your team.
