About the role
Experienced Team Leader/s who can take charge and run a small team. On the tools role, and communicate well with team members and clients. 7am-4pm finish time approx. Full Time Employment. You will not work on Public holidays or weekends. Keep your surfboard and fishing rods in your car and enjoy the lifestyle that Margaret River so easily offers.
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Leading a team
* Assist in planning & scheduling job sites and projects
* High Focus on quality works
* Building retaining walls, paving, gates, timber decks etc.
* Liaise with customers.
Skills & Experience
* Experience leading a team
* Strong experience within soft & hardscape works essential
* White Card- Skid steer and Excavator experience is desired
* Driver's license- MR or HR desired
* Carpentry experience, would be an advantage.
