Role Overview: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our presence in short-term letting markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to attract property owners, investors, and guests. Your innovative ideas and passion for hospitality will be crucial in positioning our company as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with property owners interested in renting their properties or leveraging short-term letting services.
- Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee the management of Short-Term Letting listings, ensuring optimal occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing roles.
- The candidate must be bilingual and fluent in Both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Candidates need to be familiar with the operation of social media platforms, with relevant work experience or exposure. They should have a certain level of understanding of Chinese social media such as Douyin (TikTok), Xiaohongshu (The RED Book), etc.
