Latin American Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant:

Are you passionate about delicious Latin American food and excited to deliver exceptional service? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant Latin-American restaurant in Willagee.

You:

• Have proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in Latin American cuisine.
• Possess a successful track record of leading and motivating teams.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Are passionate about creating a memorable dining experience for guests.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling is essential.
• Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is a benefit.

The Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers. 
• Manage food and beverage inventory and orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Rostering.
• Perform other administrative duties related to the operation of the restaurant.

You'll be working in a dynamic and fun environment at our restaurant located in Willagee.

The Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of AUD $70,000 to AUD $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
