New restaurant/wine bar is looking for a Restaurant manager.
Duties will include:
· Plan and design menu in consultation with chef;
· Manage staff roster;
· Recruit, train and supervise waiting and kitchen staff;
· Arrange special orders and functions for customers or organisations;
· Communicate with customers for satisfactory assessment and deal with customercomplaints;
· Check dining facilities to ensure they are clean and functional and meet the healthregulations;
· Check stock level regularly and arrange purchase;
· Manage and control price and budget;
· Supervise transactions and keep good financial record;
· Prepare financial budget for purchasing and promotion activities;
· Supervise customer services and may take reservations
