You will be part of our office and work from home crew to assist with leading our residential support team to the next level of excellence by providing not just the best service around, but you will genuinely care about the people you work with, our brand and our new and existing customers.

Our Customer Support team operate across a wide range of hours during the week, and into the weekend to keep our customers connected.
We value the effort it can take to work a little later, so our evening crews and night owls get additional penalty rates to help sweeten the deal!
So the remuneration will be based on availability and skill level.
(Applicable penalty rates can add around 8-10k to your annual salary)
