We are proud to have a strong Class Actions presence nationally, assisting clients to secure justice in some of the nation's most prominent Class Actions, including PFAS contamination class actions, the Stolen Wages and Stolen Generations class actions, the Ruby Princess class action, and the Worley shareholder class action. The Sydney CBD team is led by two experienced and highly regarded Practice Leaders and assisted by a dedicated team of senior associates and other legal professionals.

- Working closely with a mentor to gain experience within a legal practice by assisting in representing their clients and providing accurate legal advice.
- Developing a proficient ability to effectively assess claims including liability and quantum.
- Cultivating strong relationships with our clients and peers through exceptional communication and clear management of expectations.
- Preparing legal documentation with a high degree of detail and assisting with running large scale litigation with a keen level of commercial awareness and legal analysis.
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Previous paralegal or equivalent experience.
- Have strong academic results and a thirst for knowledge in the Class Actions space.
- Be able to understand the relevant legislation and interpret legal documentation.
- Have an innate ability to question, challenge the status quo and always stay ahead of the pack.
- Be a great communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Be committed to truly connecting with those around you and working together to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Bring passion, motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to our culture and ensure it remains a place where everyone can thrive.
- Bring diversity of experience, and evidence of extra-curricular activities, such as volunteering, community work; being an active members of associations will be favourably considered, as will paid and non-paid work experience in the legal field.
- Have the ability to work at least 4 days per week on a casual on-going basis between 8:00am - 5:00pm.
