-RACGP accredited Practice. (5th edition)

-HotDoc appointments & reminders
- Rostering on Deputy Software
- HR Support from George Sotiris- Health Industry
- External Book keeping & Payroll
-Staff incude 5 full-time GPs,3Part-Time GP,2 part time registered Nurses, 1 specialist,2 Allied health professionals
-Admin includes 4 receptionist & the manger
Responsibilities include & not limited to :
- Managing patients on arrival & departure
- Administrative support for Doctors and Nurses
-Opening & closing of clinic
-Responding to phone calls ,faxes & emails -Scanning reports & faxes
-Following up on Debtor list / unpaid accounts
-Recalls
-On line claiming
-Rejctions
- Support Practice Accreditation Activities
Essential Criteria:
-Minimum 12 months experience in medical reception
- Proficient in Best Practice Software
-High Attention to Detail and Organisational Skills
-Knowledge of Medicare,work cover and DVA billings
-Positive mindset
