We have an exciting opportunity for a VicRoads Clerk/Used Cars Stock Controller at our highly regarded car dealership. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both administrative processes and vehicle inventory management.

We take pride in offering a diverse selection of top-quality used vehicles, all backed by unparalleled customer service. Site was Established in 2019 with a brand-new state of the art facility and stocks 80-100 used cars on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registrations of All New Cars: Ensure timely and accurate registration of all new vehicles, adhering to VicRoads regulations and dealership standards.
- Stock Control of Used Cars: Manage the inventory of used cars, including raising Repair Orders (ROs) and bringing vehicles into stock efficiently.
- Maintaining Registrations: Responsible for maintaining registrations for all demonstration vehicles, service cars, and used cars within the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive administration, particularly with VicRoads procedures and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and systems.
