About the opportunity: This national law firm is expanding their employment law team. You will work closely with authors and Partners within the team, as well as having the support of the administrative team. Day to day you will be: drafting and preparing legal correspondence; expert guidance and counsel to employers in diverse industries on matters related to employment law, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety; practical and timely commercial advice and solutions, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service; workplace training sessions, covering a wide range of employment law topics; workplace investigations for bullying, sexual harassment, and discrimination complaints; and support your team members, with your proactive approach and positive attitude. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: A strong interest in employment law; Completed or shortly completing Bachelor of Law with ability to immediately commence PLT; Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team; have strong analytical skills.
