We are in search of a proactive and experienced Law Practice Manager to oversee our firm's daily operations. This role will be pivotal in managing HR, client relations, operations, technology integration, strategic planning, finance, compliance, risk management, administrative support and marketing/business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management: Handle employee compliance, relations, performance, recruitment, training, benefits, safety, diversity, and engagement.
- Client Relations: Strengthen client relationships and ensure exceptional legal services.
- Operations: Supervise client intake, case management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Technology Integration: Lead adoption of technology solutions to enhance productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate on business growth plans and process enhancements.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, billing, and collections.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and ethical standards, and identify/mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years' managerial experience in a legal setting.
- Strong understanding of legal operations.
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
