My client is a modern, forward-thinking accounting firm in Parramatta who are seeking a Practice Manager / Client Services Manager. They are growing team who service a diverse client base of SMEs, large private groups and high net wealth individuals. With offices in a brand new precinct, large open plan offices and state of the art technology, they are looking to add to their business support/operations team.
Working in a business support team of 5, you’ll be alongside an experienced Operations Manager and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Some responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintain internal database and update client records
- Manage lodgements for the ATO regarding tax returns, FBTs and BASs
- Corporate secretarial compliance including ASIC annual statements, address changes, registrations and deregistrations, incorporating companies/new entity set-ups
- Monitor outgoing correspondence to clients ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Assist with managing WIP and billings of accounting team
- Support business support team in reviewing workflow and assessing resourcing and capacity requirements
- Provide ad-hoc support to Managers and Partners regarding diary management, preparing meetings, sourcing documents, etc
- General office admin duties
Applicants:
- Approximately 5 years or more admin/practice management experience ideally within an accounting/professional services firm
- Proficient with accounting software such as Xero
- Strong Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
