About Our Client & the Role
We are currently supporting our client, a global company in an aligned sporting/gaming industry, as they look to bring in a L&D Specialist into their OD team. They have a 2/3 environment with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
Sitting within the OD & employee engagement team, the focus of this role will be to drive & support the delivery of the overarching L&OD strategy for the organisation. Key responsibilities include;
- Supporting the design & delivery of organisational projects & reviews to ensure the ongoing changes & success of the capability of leaders within the Australian & NZ regions
- Designing engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations & e-learning modules
- Delivering both individual and group coaching sessions
- Maintaining a Leadership Development Framework for Emerging Leaders and the ELT
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Managing the organisations current and future learning tools and Digital Learning Platforms
- Collaborating with external training vendors and consultants as/when needed
About You
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience within L&D as well as experience in implementing frameworks that support employee development and engagement in the organisation.
You will have strong organisational skills; excellent stakeholder engagement skills, are comfortable delivering training across a diverse range of people. You embrace a challenge, you are curious in approach and interested in what the future of OD will be, able to bring to light employee experience and engagement to align with business directives and LT decisions. You are also tech savvy, comfortable using a variety of learning platforms and tools.
