We are searching for an experienced Lead Business Analysts to support various critical and complex projects across the business. In this role you will be responsible for managing delivery across all business analysis knowledge areas, including requirements gathering, solution identification and priorisation. You will also be responsible for the resource planning, performance management, coaching and development of other Business Analysts (BAs)
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for requirements management, facilitating solution design, prioritising and planning the BA resource allocation.
- Support the program delivery through excellent analysis, stakeholder engagement and the line management of the team of BAs.
- Ability to be pragmatic and enable delivery at pace balancing the performance of the team and ensuring appropriate governance is key.
- Leadership experience in agile delivery environments and customer centric design approaches.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification in Business analysis, requirements gathering and design techniques
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and management skills
- Demonstrated people management experience within a transformation program environment
- Willingness to be agnostic across multiple projects across multiple business disciplines
- Change management and implementation management techniques and approaches
- Experience with waterfall, agile methodologies and customer centric design
- Strong desire to get involved in every aspect of project delivery regardless of role
- Experience in digital banking and digital customer engagement is desirable but not essential
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
