Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of high-quality educational programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of children. Mentor and support a team of educators, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community. Collaborate with the Centre Manager and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in reflective practice. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Previous experience working as a Lead Educator or in a similar leadership role within an early childhood setting. Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
