Welcome to Kids Academy Erina Heights!

We are an Exceeding service taking 60 places a day across three rooms. We are a passionate and fun team who really Live the Team Spirit and ensure we have Serious Fun! Our educators are a valued part of our service and we believe having positive professional relationships is key to having a cohesive team. If you’re inspired by the opportunity to guide little people on their early learning journey, we want to meet you. You will:  

• Support our educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery. 
• Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning. 
• Able to build a strong rapport with our families and educators 
• Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded 

 About you: 

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent 
• Have a current Working with Children’s Check 
• A passion to develop our little learners
