About the Role  

As the Lead Educator, you will enjoy working in a small and supportive team of educators, providing exceptional care and educational experiences for children. You will enjoy building relationships with families through professional communication and a genuine interest in the well-being of children.

Duties   

• Plan, develop and implement programs for children
• Collaborate and contribute to assessment and reporting
• Provide and support a safe and positive learning environment for all
• Create, implement, and evaluate daily education and care routines
• Participate in paid professional training and development initiatives

Skills & Experience  

• Experience in working in a Centre (minimum two years)
• Good observation and reporting skills
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Environments 
• Open and professional communication skills
• Collaborative approach in a team environment

Mandatory Qualifications & Licences 

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) 
• RRHAN - Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect 
• First Aid (CPR refresher after 12 months) 
• Australian Working Rights
