Lead Engineer - .Net Azure React

Interpro are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET, Azure and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture and extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of tech professionals.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, BAs, and QAs to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and design scalable and robust microservices-based applications using .NET Azure and React.
• Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Act as a technical leader, driving innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.
• Contribute to the overall technology strategy and roadmap of the organization.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software development using .NET Azure and React.
• Strong full-stack development skills, including proficiency in frontend and backend technologies.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Previous experience in a technical or team leadership role is highly desirable.
