Lead Field Officer
- Salary: $76,446 to $81,186 per annum
- Plus shift allowance
- Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

Would you like the opportunity to support a team of Field Officers who provide a high level of customer service in a regulatory environment? As the shift Lead you would support a team of Field Officers who are responsible for the provision of local law management and compliance with regards to animal handling and management, parking, litter, verge control, fire breaks and much more. Reporting to the Team Leader Field Services, the purpose of the lead role is to be the contact for staff working outside of the normal span of hours and to assist with on the job training and task monitoring. The position is subject to a roster that operates between 7am and 8.30pm seven days per week.
Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:
- High level problem solving, conflict resolution and influencing skills, to effectively liaise and negotiate with internal and external parties.
- Sound knowledge of an ability to apply acts, regulations, local laws, policies and protocols.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of customer responsive services in a regulatory environment.
- Sound knowledge of contemporary human resource management and occupational safety and health principles and practices.
In addition, applicants are required to have:
- Current WA “C” class driver’s licence
- Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (NPC) within the last 3 months (or appointment to the position subject to the ability to obtain NPC)
- Attainment of ROCS 1 & 2 desirable, however training towards this may be available as part of ongoing L&D opportunities
