Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Resourcing Advisor to join our team in Perth. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for blue-collar (trades and labour) positions across the project.

Your focus will include:
Day-to-day team supervision including allocating and balancing workload and recruitment portfolios.
Lead, coach and mentor Recruitment Advisors.
Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to develop an understanding of ongoing talent requirements and workforce plans.
Proactively build and maintain a robust Talent pipeline of trades in line with the forecasted requirements of the business.
Monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Undertake recruitment activities within own portfolio, in accordance with recruitment process and agreed service levels.
Quality control - monitoring team usage of all approved templates and tools, ensuring they are kept up-to-date.
What you will bring to the team:
Previous experience in a fast paced and high-volume blue-collar recruitment environment, ideally within a mega-project environment.
Experience in directing recruitment campaigns and building/maintaining talent pools.
Proactive sourcing and talent management experience- a technical recruitment background would be strongly commended.
Working knowledge of construction trade and labour positions including knowledge of qualifications requirements.
Previous experience in leading, coaching and supervising a team.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence a wide of audiences that include but are not limited to, co-workers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
