About This Opportunity
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Finance Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. You must be available to work 25 hours per week. Days to be mutually agreed according to College needs.
This role plays an integral role supporting the finance function of the College and is responsible for Accounts Receivable, debtors, parent billing, banking, bank reconciliation and contribution to all accounts related activities.

About You
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar
- Solid understanding of accounting and Accounts Receivable principles
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Speed and accuracy in data processing activities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with information of a sensitive nature
- Strong customer focus and ability to liaise effectively with staff and parents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
