SalaryOur client is an industry leader in the water and sewerage solutions space, committed to excellence and community service. We seek a skilled Relining Leading Hand to join our team and lead pipeline relining projects from initial stages to completion.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team in sewer and water pipeline relining projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate project resources.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Provide technical guidance and training.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot project issues and maintain documentation.Requirements:
- Experience in pipeline relining and leadership.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and relining techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- MR or HR license advantageous but not essential.
- Depending on your circumstances, work is available both locally or remotely
- Working a roster of 10 days on 4 days off.Benefits:
