We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leading Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing minor projects, coordinating installations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. As a Leading Hand, you will lead by example, driving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Take charge of minor projects within designated budgets and timelines.
• Identify and implement efficiencies across all projects.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing major projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail during product manufacturing and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of Greenwall Company product range, meeting quality assurance expectations.
• Lead the installation of minor green roof and green wall projects in accordance with specifications and company guidelines.
• Assist in the installation of major green roof and green wall projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and guidelines.
• Lead an effective, collaborative team to ensure efficient execution of works.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction, landscape or Green Infrastructure industry. Trade qualified 
• Prior experience with construction management software.
• Working at heights (Not prerequisite but desirable).
• Previous experience with irrigation (Not prerequisite but desirable).
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and mentor team members.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials used in Green Infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Access to a mobile phone.
• Class C Driver’s license with the ability to drive manual vehicles.
• White card certification.
