Your Role
As the most senior Product Owner in the domain, you will be accountable for the performance and outcomes of the domain. You will drive adoption and maturity of digital-first ways of working; bringing a deep “engineers of everything” mindset and leading this mindset in a product-platform construct. You will be accountable for setting OKRs for all squads in the domain and for providing hands-on guidance to the POs to prioritize and execute towards fulfilment of those OKRs.
Your Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development of digital solutions for their domain to deliver Chubb's underwriting craftsmanship and expertise via a product-platform model

Provide inputs to ensure product roadmaps are in line with business strategy * Accountable for the success of both “change” and “run” aspects of the domain, and for continuous prioritization between change and run to optimize business outcomes

• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for integrated planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and to shape the OKRs for the squads in their domain
• Build a collaborative and high-performing team through role modelling, coaching, leadership, and mentorship of SDLs and POs in the domain
• Manage dependencies and actively remove any blockers across squads within the domain or across sub-domains
• Keep a pulse on the business and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation for the domain
• Manage the domain budget and guide the overall direction of the domain including all strategic decision-making, resource allocation across squads, and upholding work product quality standards
