Senior Inclusion Lead
- Develop and deliver diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives for the Department
- Ongoing role based in Sydney/ Regional NSW (hybrid working)
- Clerk Grade 9/10 - $120,859 - $133,183 plus superannuation and leave loading
About the role
The Senior Inclusion Lead manages and coordinates the development and delivery of best practice inclusion strategies, frameworks, and programs to promote and foster an open, diverse, inclusive and safe working environment aligned to Department objectives and NSW Government Priorities.
The Lead develops and delivers inclusion policies, procedures and initiatives to advance diversity and inclusion priorities and targets and implements tools for the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of inclusion initiatives to ensure quality data is available to report on outcomes of programs and in order to make recommendations for improvement.
This role identifies cultural challenges across the Department in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the learning team and provides inclusion subject matter expertise to support the implementation of inclusion initiatives and to enhance inclusion knowledge at all levels.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of diversity and inclusion strategies, programs, and initiatives.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in project and/or project management evaluation. Experience delivering projects and initiatives in an environment of change and ambiguity in the absence of established processes and policies and adjusting priorities to meet evolving current and future organisational needs.
- Promoting an innovative, forward thinking, and pro-active culture within the team to design and deliver effective inclusion programs that respond to stakeholder needs.
