One of Australasia's largest dedicated infrastructure service providers, Ventia is a new and dynamic organisation with a rich history. We're seeking a Learner Management System (LMS) Lead to manage a team to develop and deliver projects within the Ventia's Operations Centre (VOC) across ANZ. You'll be responsible for continuous improvement and the standardisation of processes, strategy, quality & governance frameworks and learning and development across the different scopes of work from our Ventia operations stakeholders. The role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Perth or Darwin.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and upload content to our Learner Management System.
- Assist in requests received by the business and recommend solutions for process improvement, performance, learning and quality.
- Facilitation of learning programs, care plans and reviews.
- Business Performance evaluation work.
- Lead the implementation of positive change that is embraced to achieve positive outcomes for the business on a long-term sustainable basis.
- Contribute to Training development through instructional design, training plans, workshops and innovative training initiatives.
- Curate SharePoint and Knowledge Management systems and content to support operations.
- Develop content for learning following collaboration from operations stakeholders.
- Recommendation of solutions for business processes.
About you:
- You will have 2-3 years' experience using Learner Management System/s and sound experience managing projects.
- You'll be able to demonstrate your leadership experience and possess strong interpersonal communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Desirable if you have contact centre or operations experience.
